After completing my Doctorate in Chiropractic and specializing in neurological care, I discovered something profound: whether it's a pregnant mother with chronic pain, a child with developmental challenges, or someone trapped in addiction—proper nervous system function is the foundation for all healing.
This revelation led me to Dr. Jay Holder, the pioneer of Torque Release Technique® and addiction neuroscience. Through years of mentorship, seminars, and countless conversations, I learned that addiction isn't just a behavioral problem—it's a brain-based condition that requires brain-based solutions.
